History & Heritage
FarmLinks at Pursell Farms was designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan and Dana Fry and opened in 2002-2003 — the world\'s only research and demonstration golf course for agronomic testing. The Pursell family\'s background in turf products inspired a living laboratory where turfgrass varieties, fertilizers, and maintenance practices are tested in real playing conditions.
