History & Heritage

Kinsale Golf & Fitness was designed by Barry Serafin (a former lead designer for Jack Kidwell and Dr. Michael Hurdzan) and opened in 2001 serving the Golf Village development in Powell. Serafin has had 10 designs listed in Golf Digest\'s "Places to Play." The club offers golf, fitness, tennis, and swimming.

The links-inspired layout features fescue rough, pot-style bunkers, and open sweeping fairways inspired by Scottish design. Bunkers recently re-done with CapillaryFlow liners.
