History & Heritage

Maryland Golf & Country Club is a private club in Bel Air, Harford County — the only full-service country club in the county. The course originated when Colonel MacPhail built a layout on his property (MacPhail Road is named for him). He sold the course to prominent citizens, retaining only a membership.

The par-71 winds through rolling Harford County Piedmont countryside with tree-lined fairways and traditional mid-Atlantic character.
