History & Heritage

New Albany Links Golf Club was established in 1990 as part of the planned New Albany community east of Columbus, Ohio. Designed by Barry Serafin to evoke Scottish links golf on open Ohio farmland, it set itself apart from the tree-lined parkland courses typical of the region.

The club is in the same community as The Golf Club by Pete Dye and New Albany Country Club by Jack Nicklaus, creating one of the most remarkable golf concentrations in the Midwest.

The layout features an open, treeless design with fescue rough, pot bunkers, and firm playing surfaces replicating links conditions at 7,197 yards from the back tees.
