What to Expect

Tree-lined fairways with large, firm, fast greens through Lowcountry marsh and maritime forest. Water on 12 of 18 holes. The back nine runs along the Colleton River with constant marsh and river views.

The tidal marshland creates both visual drama and strategic challenge — wind off the river and marsh can shift significantly throughout a round.

Access is strictly private. The community also features a Pete Dye course, giving members two elite options on the same property.

Playing Tips

Greens are hard and fast — precise club selection on approaches is critical. Favor below-the-hole positions.

Position off the tee matters more than distance given the 12 water holes. Play away from the marsh.

Wind off the river shifts throughout the day. Factor it into every club choice on the riverside holes.

The back nine is where the drama and difficulty peak. Build your score on the front nine.
