History & Heritage

Staley Farms Golf Club was built on the historic Staley family property in north Kansas City. John Horace Staley established the farm in the 1870s, and the family held the land for generations. The golf course was designed by Eric Iverson and opened around 2001-2002, following the natural contours of the historic property.

Missouri Golf Tour calls it "one of the best courses in the state, public or private" and "one of the hardest in the city." Now operated by GreatLIFE Kansas City with a membership model offering private club access.
