Tiffany Greens opened in 1999, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. near KCI Airport in KC\'s Northland. The course immediately hosted the Champions Tour TD Waterhouse Championship from 1999-2002, bringing PGA legends to Kansas City. Tom Watson narrowly lost the 2000 event in his hometown.

Jim Colbert eagled the opening hole in the first round of the 2000 TD Waterhouse, setting the tone. Six lake-protected greens throughout the layout. RTJ Jr. also designed Chambers Bay (US Open venue) and Poppy Hills.
