History & Heritage
Gaillardia was originally designed by Arthur Hills and opened around 2000 on 230+ acres in northwest OKC. Tom Kite (U.S. Open champion) performed a major 2004 renovation — recontoured fairways, added directional bunkering, and reframed holes. Named for Oklahoma\'s state wildflower.
